Minecraft sever download doesnt show up as java

 · For a few weeks if i downloaded bltadwin.ru then opened the launcher and closed it, then downloaded bltadwin.ru (the old version) i could see the skins but it doesnt work anymore and its so frustrating please help (i update my java too!). Whenever I try to download the installer, it downloads with internet explorer. I have installed JAVA onto my computer, but when I hover over the "open with" option for the installer file, JAVA is not. Like, no servers show up at all?
